John R. Salisbury, Au.D. has been an audiologist in private practice at the Clifton Springs hospital since 1979. He is also the president and founder of the Clifton Springs Hearing Center, Inc. at the same location.
He received his B.A. in Communication Disorders from the State University of New York at Buffalo, his M.S. in Education/Speech Pathology, from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York, and an M.S. is Audiology from Syracuse University. His Doctorate in Audiology was conferred by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, College of Audiology. His Clinical Fellowship Year was completed at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He has been a member of the faculty at Nazareth College, and actively participates as an adjunct faculty member of the department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Syracuse University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association.
He holds New York State licensure in Audiology, a New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser license, and holds permanent New York State teaching certification for speech and hearing handicapped.
He currently resides in Fairport, New York with his 3 children.
